The Sr Construction Manager will oversee the implementation of project management procedures, review and comment on contractor proposals, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. They will also lead the PMC team in evaluating requests for information, implementing field quality control procedures, and reviewing and assessing the close out report submitted by the contractor.
