Requirements

• Paid onboarding and development
• Complete paid onboarding and skill-development training
• Provide member fitness assessments and facility orientations
• Design and deliver high-quality training programs
• Build and maintain strong, trust-centered client relationships
• Assist with identifying and renewing client training packages
• Manage your schedule to align with personal training clients' sessions
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized fitness center and training areas
• Collaborate with the HCI team to support an outstanding member and guest experience
• Maintain required certifications/licenses
