Job Description
Interprets and evaluates subsurface geologic data to develop economic oil and gas investment opportunities. Conducts on-site open hole well-site geologic evaluations and presents geologic work to obtain external capital resources.
Requirements
- Interprets and evaluates subsurface geologic data
- Constructs integrated maps, cross sections, and other geologic displays
- Obtains and interprets computer databases and mapping programs
- Obtains and interprets well log correlation and interpretation, petrophysical analysis, interpretation of seismic data
- Supervises and performs on-site open hole well-site geologic evaluations
- Assesses the potential and economic viability of external generated proposals
- Maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort
- Adheres to the company's values and supports company vision and mission
