Job Description
Hiive is a fast-growing fintech startup connecting buyers and sellers of venture-backed pre-IPO companies. They are seeking a proactive Interim Director of People & Culture to lead their People strategy across 2026, driving engagement, and building scalable programs for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. This is a one-year fixed-term contract, ideal for an experienced HR leader.
Requirements
