The Regional Property Manager supervises and monitors the financial and operational goals of each community in their region, and assists the Regional Vice President in implementing new procedures.
Requirements
- A high degree of organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to direct the work of others
- Industry accreditations preferred - CAM, CAPS or CPM
- 3-5 years of previous management in a supervisory role, with an emphasis on bottom-line profit and accountability
- Must have experience with affordable properties and programs
- Prior Regional Manager experience required
- High school education or equivalent to - college degree preferred
