Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community. Responsibilities include performing carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties, installing, repairing, and rekeying deadbolt locks, and ensuring service requests are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
