Team Manager IT Project Management

This job will manage the activities of various project management roles as well as directly apply project leadership to multiple large complex product and technology solutions throughout the IT organization.

Requirements

• Manage project activities and apply project leadership to multiple large complex product and technology solutions
• Cultivate knowledge, coordination, implementation, problem solving, communication, and training of new technologies and processes
• Directly manage team members involved in various programs/projects
• Perform management responsibilities, including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the department
