Job Description
The Highlands at Brighton is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team on a per diem basis. The successful candidate will work in a transitional or long-term care facility, providing comprehensive care to patients. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and working with the rehabilitation team.
Requirements
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations within forty-eight hours of referral.
- Plan and implement an appropriate program with measurable, realistic, objective long-term and short-term goals.
- Supervise PTA's and PT student interns.
