Job Description
Highgate is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to cultivate relationships with existing and prospective catering accounts. This role involves managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and operating in a fast-paced hotel environment. The position is responsible for event coordination and menu development.
Requirements
- Keep supervisor informed of problems.
- Prepare and submit required reports.
- Respond to catering inquiries promptly.
- Maintain pricing integrity and propose upscale menus.
- Manage existing accounts and follow up with re-solicitation.
- Participate in M.O.D. program.
- Perform other duties as requested.
