Academic Coach

High Tech High, a collaborative network of six charter schools in Southern California, is seeking an Academic Coach to support students with diverse needs in their general education curriculum. This hourly position provides individualized attention to students requiring accommodations, assisting with instruction and supervision, and building relationships with students and their families. The role focuses on maintaining a low student-teacher ratio and ensuring student success.

Requirements

• Assisting with the instruction and supervision of students with learning differences.
• Monitoring student progress and providing input for evaluation.
• Administering and evaluating testing.
