Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship development in the OTC derivatives brokerage space. This role involves onboarding new clients, managing the sales lifecycle, and representing the firm with professionalism and ethical integrity. Candidates should possess a strong portfolio and excellent negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs)
- Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firm
- Strong existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs)
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- Full understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
- Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English
- Resident of the UAE for at least 5 years
- Willing to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi at least twice a week
