Manager - Corporate Finance & Business Development

The company is seeking a Manager – Corporate Finance & Business Development to support business development, M&A, and investment activities in the GCC, Levant, and Iraq. The role involves managing financial processes, providing analysis, and leading strategic decisions to drive long-term growth. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 transactions advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, market multiples, etc.).
• Proven ability to conduct financial due diligence on acquisition targets.
• Excellent project management and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills.
