MCA Loan Processor / Funder Liaison

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented MCA Loan Processor who will play a critical role in getting deals funded efficiently and correctly. The MCA Loan Processor is responsible for routing deals to the correct lenders, managing lender communication, and ensuring files move smoothly from submission to funding.

Requirements

• Review completed MCA deal files for accuracy and completeness
• Learn lender guidelines, pricing models, and approval criteria
• Decide which lenders to submit deals to based on revenue, bank statements, existing MCA debt, industry, and risk profile
• Submit deals to appropriate lenders and manage follow-ups
• Communicate directly with lenders to answer questions, provide additional documents, and push files toward approval and funding
• Coordinate with sales and underwriting teams to resolve issues
• Track deal status from submission through funding
• Ensure contracts are signed, ACH forms completed, and conditions cleared
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and lender portals
• Flag problems early to prevent funding delays or fall-offs
