Our private, upscale dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, experienced, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential to helping patients feel confident about their care by guiding them through treatment options, scheduling, and making financial arrangements in a clear and supportive way.
Requirements
- Dental Treatment Coordinator experience
- Bilingual - English/Spanish is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
