Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a team of 5–10 call center representatives at a dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining a positive team culture, and ensuring excellent patient contact. This is a dynamic role requiring fluency in both Spanish and English, and focus on efficient and compliant patient interactions.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in a call center supervisory or management role, preferably in healthcare or dental
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- High energy, positive attitude
- Comfort in using discipline when necessary
- Familiarity with dental software systems (preferred)
