Graphic Designer

The BD Graphic Designer is a talented and detail-oriented creative professional who thrives in a corporate environment, values consistency, and brings innovative thinking to branded communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits design and production
• Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint
• Experience creating and working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
• Insurance brokerage or industry knowledge is desired
• Editorial or agency experience is strongly preferred
