Country Manager -Spain

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead our fastest-growing market in Spain. The successful candidate will have experience as a Country Manager or similar role, with a focus on team management and sales in B2B environments. They will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy, structuring the team, and implementing processes to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Country Manager or similar role
• Team management and sales experience in B2B environments
• Scale-up experience with a focus on implementing processes and defining KPIs
• Native/Bilingual in Spanish and Fluent in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to convince and motivate team
