Operator

The primary responsibility of an Operator is to support the mission and Core Values of Hoosier Gasket by learning all presses in each press bank and satisfying customer needs according to HGC guidelines. The role involves operating presses at maximum speed, setting up different presses, running material through the press, and monitoring quality results.

• 0-1 years of experience
