On-call Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is committed to reproductive justice and trauma-informed care, and energized by the opportunity to expand access to safe, patient-centered abortion care through telemedicine.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required)
• Active state licensure (RN) and licensed in the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or compact state license plus CA, NY, IL
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time
• Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts and managing a remote workflow
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, empathetic guidance to patients in moments of stress or uncertainty
• Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
• Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care
• Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
• Located in the US and availability to work overnight hours and provide holiday coverage as needed
