Process Operator (Resins)

Hexion is seeking a Process Operator (Resins) to join our production team. This role is vital to producing quality resins and chemicals used in sustainable applications. The successful candidate will operate complex manufacturing equipment, uphold safety and environmental standards, and help deliver high-quality materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and operating procedures
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
