Job Description
Hexcel is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation, develop and implement compensation structures, and provide guidance and support to HR and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Certification in Compensation (CCP) or Benefits (CBP) is a plus
