We are looking for a hands-on Legal & Compliance Manager to own day-to-day legal and compliance matters for a fast-growing, international technology company operating across Europe and the US.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of legal experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house roles
- Strong exposure to international business, particularly Europe and the US
- Solid understanding of US legal frameworks (commercial contracts, data/privacy, liability); US Bar qualification a plus
- Experience in health, life sciences or other regulated environments is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in technology environments (hardware + software)
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset — commercial, fast, and business-focused rather than policy-driven
- Based in Europe, ideally Switzerland (Zurich preferred)
