Web Design Lead

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web/visual/UI design
• Strong across UX, layout, visual design, and typography
• Experience designing marketing surfaces for technical, B2B, or product-led companies
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and think in HTML/CSS/React constraints
• Sharp eye for visual consistency, motion, micro-interaction quality, and illustration
• Autonomy to operate with a bias toward velocity, owning projects from concept to launch
• Ability to establish processes, patterns, and design rituals for a growing team
• Communication skills to clearly explain design decisions
• Enjoy high-level creative direction and hands-on execution
