We're hiring for the Revenue Systems team to architect the operating system for Hex's fast-growing Revenue organization. You will co-own the entire tech stack, ensuring the systems that power our business scale cleanly and reliably as we grow.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst
- Deep Salesforce expertise: data model, automation, reporting, and governance
- Proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and translate complex business requirements into system solutions
- Strong technical skills: comfortable working in iPaaS platforms and integrations outside of Salesforce
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Curious and pragmatic about AI applications that drive GTM leverage
