We are seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption of OpsRamp products and best practices with our customers. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, implementation, or consulting, and a strong technical understanding of the customers' use cases and ability to map it to the OpsRamp capabilities.
