Requirements
- Responsible for conducting advanced research in AI and machine learning
- Knowledge of evaluation of traditional AI/ML and Gen-AI based applications
- Responsible for considering scalability, performance, and maintainability while designing the solution
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement and innovation in the organization's AI and machine learning practices
- Be involved in evaluating and integrating third-party tools or services
- Facilitates design review sessions for projects
- Collaborates closely with the engineering manager and team lead to refine and iterate on design and implementation strategies
- Participates in and coordinates meetings, ensuring effective coordination and communication among team members
- Independently prepares and delivers detailed presentations and reports to stakeholders
- May be required to interpret and report data findings and maintain or update specific business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, such as linear regression, decision trees, support vector machines, random forests, deep learning models, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience developing production-level code and familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control systems, and software development methodologies
- Tasked with designing and architecting AI solutions for complex problems
- Should have proficiency in using agentic frameworks like langGraph or similar other frameworks
- Should be knowledgeable in lineage tracking of agentic architectures in general
- Advanced knowledge and experience in deep learning
- Understanding advanced neural network architectures and advanced techniques such as transfer learning, generative models, and optimization algorithms for deep learning
- Actively staying updated with the latest AI and machine learning research advancements
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members
- Must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to guide projects, make strategic decisions, and solve complex technical challenges
