Job Description
The Customer Service Associate provides outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations and fostering a culture of empowerment within the organization. This role focuses on first contact resolution, NPS analysis, and driving guest satisfaction through proactive communication, coaching, and adherence to corporate policies. The position involves improving service and identifying areas for improvement in store operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service
- Experience in operations and sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Rental car experience is a plus
