Workflow Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

HERO is seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to build automation infrastructure for their product team. The role involves developing and implementing workflows and automations using tools like Make, N8n, and Zapier, analyzing and optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience with workflow automation tools (Make, N8n, Zapier, etc.)
• Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Experience working with multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Design, QA)
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Structured and result-oriented approach
• Fluent in German and English
