Job Description
Hermès Shoes is seeking a Buyer Raw Materials (Men's/Women's) to join the creation (studio), collection, development, quality, supply chain, purchases, transformation (AC, MOA), commercial, identity, finance, and human resources teams. The role is a rapidly growing position, reporting to the raw materials shoe buying manager. Responsibilities include ensuring Supplier compliance, driving performance, and collaborating with Suppliers on various aspects of the Raw Materials Panel.
Requirements
- Manage a dedicated supplier panel (ESG, production capacity, sustainability)
- Ensure Supplier Compliance across the entire supply chain
- Analyze Supplier Risks, implement controls, and monitor Raw Materials Panel trends
- Monitor Supplier performance and negotiate contractually
