Graphic Production Specialist

The Graphic Production Specialist is responsible for producing and preparing signage and graphics for various events and trade shows. This role involves large-format printing, laminating, mounting, trimming, packing, and quality control, while also serving as the Graphics Lead on site during event installations. Reporting to the National Graphic Production Manager, the specialist will maintain high-quality standards and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years’ experience in large-format printing and finishing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Google Docs and Sheets
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Regularly perform warehouse tasks and support logistics
