*Community Support Staff

Community Support Staff will provide assistance to people with disabilities, supporting them in their daily lives, relationships, and health needs. They will work in a changing environment, adjusting to the needs of the people served, and will require flexibility, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a record of responsible driving
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use a computer efficiently
• Experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Ability to assist with intimate personal care
