Job Description
Manage innovation engineering teams, lead engineers to deliver software, reduce uncertainty, and scale innovation. Lead teams working in high ambiguity, optimize for learning velocity, and protect experimentation while enforcing technical difficulty.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive software development experience
- At least 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing development teams
- Mobile and web application development expertise (iOS, Android, web technologies)
- Agile, lean, and research-focused development practices
- Technical architecture and system design
- Performance management and talent development
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience scaling development teams and processes as organizations grow
- Experience leading innovation labs or R&D teams
