Executive Assistant

The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to three executive level leaders within Heraeus Medevio's Fridley and White Bear Lake, Minnesota sites. This includes calendar management, expense report management, travel coordination, and correspondence management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience, 5 years preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to effectively use and navigate multiple systems and technologies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
