Clinical Wellness Coordinator

The Clinical Wellness Coordinator will promote a holistic, trauma-informed approach to participant wellness within the Employment Services program at Henry Street Settlement. This role will focus on developing and implementing wellness programming and engagement strategies to complement existing employment, education, and financial counseling services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in social services, mental health, substance abuse, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in case management and a strong understanding of city agency services and public benefits systems
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, wellness promotion, and service modalities such as Thrive NYC's Connections to Care
• Proven ability to meet performance metrics and deliver measurable program outcomes
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in data tracking, reporting, and using evidence to inform best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, database management systems, and virtual meeting platforms
