Requirements
- Implement and coordinate the entire administrative process for intake, throughput, and outflow.
- In consultation with the Payroll Specialist, enter mutations for the salary administration and, if necessary, process the monthly salary round.
- Provide information and implement statutory and employment law regulations; (lease a bike, attention regulation,)
- Manage absence administration and coordinate absence-related communication.
- Coordinate training requests and the administrative processing of training and training.
- Support the entire recruitment and selection process. Attend job interviews.
- Make HR reports and overviews.
- Manage and make an active contribution to the improvement of HR processes.
