The Equipment Service Technician provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner, develops customer service skills, and improves product knowledge. The position requires working closely with experienced technicians and supervisors to develop and improve customer service skills, use provided support tools, learn effective troubleshooting techniques, and increase product knowledge.
