Director of Pharmacy Operations

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Pharmacy Operations to join our team and play a key role in building and optimizing our operation. The ideal candidate has deep experience in operations and pharmacy with the ability to establish a culture of operations excellence, regulatory and safety compliance, while leading a team to meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including production planning and execution, safety and quality workflows, and customer service.
• Partner with the Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to build a continuous quality improvement program and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure profitability and financial discipline.
• Ensure all pharmacy practices adhere to the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance.
