Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Construction, Marine, Chemical, Metallurgy) or equivalent practical experience within coating industry
- FROSIO or NACE certification is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to use technical terminology
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, representing Hempel on-site with integrity
- Highly adaptable to dynamic environments, with the flexibility to work across teams and project types
- Shows initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage time-sensitive situations with confidence
- Must hold a valid driving license
