Parent Partner

HYC is seeking a Parent Partner to provide Wraparound support services to parents and families. The Parent Partner will be part of a team called the Child and Family Team and will help navigate parents/caregivers with linkages to resources.

Requirements

• Previous personal experience with DMH, DCFS, Probation, Regional Center or similar services, and successfully transitioned to self-sufficiency.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• At least one (1) year experience working with parents of high-risk youth.
• Valid California driver’s license, current automobile insurance; clean driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Pass a TB test, and a criminal background check.
