Job Description
Help AG is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join as an Events Marketing Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Requirements
- Support planning and execution of multiple events.
- Track event timelines, checklists, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, and content.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners for logistics and materials.
- Assist with registrations, attendee lists, badges, and on-site logistics.
- Support creation and distribution of event assets such as invitations, agendas, and basic collateral.
- Assist with event communication via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Support live event coverage including photos, short videos, and updates.
- Help with post-event follow-ups, reporting, and content organization.
- Be present on-site during events to support setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with speaker coordination, session flow, and attendee management.
