Platform Engineer (Kubernetes + Automation)

HelloKindred is a staffing agency looking for a Platform Engineer to join the Core Platform Engineering Team responsible for the operation, automation, and enhancement of a large scale hybrid server estate. The ideal candidate will have strong Kubernetes expertise, automation experience, and Linux, networking, and container ecosystem knowledge.

Requirements

• Deliver engineering, fulfilment, and operational tasks across the Core Platform.
• Operate and maintain large scale Kubernetes environments.
• Perform hands on implementation and configuration changes.
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Ansible, GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
• Contribute to platform maintenance, automation initiatives, and service enhancements.
• Support an ‘everyone does everything’ team culture and remain flexible for weekend changes when required.
