Sr. Product Designer

A Senior Product Designer at hellohello executes projects under the supervision of a Design Director, generating functional designs without neglecting creativity and aesthetic quality.

Requirements

• Actively participate and moderate activities and workshops with stakeholders to guide and define the product strategy
• Interpret business objectives, user needs, and translate them into simple flows and interfaces
• Create User Personas, Wireframes, Journey Maps, and other UX processes to define requirements and project direction
• Collaborate with Researchers in user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods that provide data to improve products
• Materialize the strategy with high-quality designs considering usability, accessibility, and design patterns with a focus on the user
• Prototype designs and interactions
• Present, argue, and defend your work in front of clients and colleagues
• Collaborate and work with developers, researchers, other designers, and producers to create products you can be proud of
• Be responsible for your tasks, able to prioritize and manage your workload, and make estimates
• Take and incorporate feedback and collaborate with team members and the client
• Stay up-to-date with digital product trends, tools, technology, and share it with your colleagues
