Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Oriented)

Hello Heart is a digital health company that provides an app and connected heart monitor to help people track and manage their heart health. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend orientation and deep Python experience to join our team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Python—a must
• Proven experience designing and maintaining complex, scalable systems in production—must
• Experience working with real-time data pipelines, Elasticsearch, and Vector DBs—a strong advantage
• Experience with Node.js—an advantage
• Frontend experience with ReactJS or React Native—nice to have
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system optimization
• Strong experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes—an advantage
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and impact-driven mindset
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
