Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Superintendent to oversee daily warehouse operations across three sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. The successful candidate will have a technical or logistics-related degree, certification in warehouse or safety management, and 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
Requirements
- Technical or logistics-related degree or diploma
- Certification in warehouse or safety management
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
- Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments
- Proficiency in SAP (MM module preferred)
- Strong knowledge of warehousing standards, MHE, and storage configurations
- Good understanding of safety, SEVESO, and hazardous materials storage regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to drive safety culture and operational discipline
- Effective communication across multiple levels and functions
- Flexibility to work across all HG sites based on operational needs
