HR Generalist

Helix is a company that helps people improve their lives through their DNA. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the People team, acting as an HR Business Partner for the Lab Operations department and providing general HR support. The role involves managing employee relations, providing guidance and coaching to managers, and participating in the Recruiting process. The HR Generalist will also contribute to People programs and project support, including the evaluation and enhancement of HR processes and the use of AI tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related role
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google applications
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a strong drive/initiative to explore new ideas and solutions
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for AI technologies, demonstrated by knowledge of current AI trends and practical experience using AI tools to enhance work processes
