Job Description
Heitman is seeking a Vice President of Investment Research in Hong Kong or Tokyo to support the firm's investment strategies. This role involves researching economic, capital markets, and property market trends in Asia Pacific, translating trends into actionable insights, creating market content, and managing real estate portfolio acquisitions. The position offers a collaborative environment within the Heitman-managed Asia Pacific portfolio.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate research, consulting, finance, or economics.
- Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization.
