We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to deliver world-class service to our Toll Processing customers. This role involves overseeing customer-owned steel as it moves through our facility and working closely with various teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Data entry experience
- Understanding of process flow within an operational environment (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of steel and steel production (preferred)
- Prior experience in shipping and/or scheduling (preferred)
