Heidi is looking for a Web Product Lead to lead the website as a product, accountable for its strategy, outcomes, and evolution over time. The role is about maximising business and user impact, improving conversion, engagement, clarity, and trust across the entire website.

Requirements

• Experience leading or shaping high-impact websites in product-led, ecommerce, or content-driven environments
• Direct involvement in driving conversion, engagement, or growth outcomes
• Strong intuition for user behaviour, grounded in data and evidence
• Ruthlessly prioritises what matters most
• Biases toward shipping, learning, and iterating
