Job Description
Heidi is building an AI Care Partner to support clinicians, aiming to double healthcare capacity and improve patient care. The role offers a transition from data science to AI engineering and involves hands-on contributions in model fine-tuning, deployment, and personalization. This is a unique opportunity for a data scientist to leverage their experience with AI/LLM models in a tech-focused environment.
Requirements
- A background as a Data Scientist (or similar role)
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and modern data tooling
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, experimentation, and building dashboards or reporting systems
- Solid programming and software engineering skills
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
- Interest in deep technical expertise in AI/ML
- Strong problem-solving and curiosity skills
- Familiarity with statistics and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
