Fleet Administrative Manager

Fleetch is seeking a Fleet Administrative Manager to support the development of its vehicle rental offer in Côte D'Ivoire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative documents, vehicle condition reports, maintenance, and claims, as well as ensuring compliance and a good fleet occupancy rate.

Requirements

• Experience in managing the administrative management of a large-scale automotive fleet
• Comfort with computer tools and daily reporting
• Good oral communication and pedagogical skills
• Organized and rigorous with analytical skills
• Proactive and autonomous with a willingness to learn
• A hard worker with the ability to go on the field and take initiatives
